Burgertown USA is a straightforward, no-frills hamburger and fast food spot nestled right in the heart of Redlands on E Redlands Blvd. The atmosphere leans toward the classic American diner vibe, warm and friendly, where locals seem to appreciate the familiarity and steady service. It’s the kind of place you might find busy around breakfast and lunch hours, especially with regulars who’ve been coming back for years, drawn by the dependable, freshly made meals and welcoming staff.

The menu showcases typical American diner staples with a few standout items that locals mention often. Burgertown’s burgers—like the Mushroom Swiss or classic Cheeseburger—are known for their fresh, home-cooked taste rather than anything overly fancy or trendy. Adding bacon and fried eggs is a popular way to dress up your burger here. For sides, their zucchini fries and chili cheese fries get a lot of nods for being flavorful and less common than the usual french fries or onion rings, which are served crispy and generous in portion.

Breakfast here feels like traditional diner fare, with offerings such as Ham and Cheese Omelettes, French Toast, and Egg and Sausage Breakfast Potatoes providing a hearty start to the day. The breakfast specials seem to draw a steady crowd looking for something filling first thing in the morning.

While the decor and size of the place are modest, this adds to the intimate and laid-back feel typical of a longstanding local joint. The owner’s hands-on presence shapes a welcoming environment where frequent visitors are greeted by name or warm smiles. For those wanting casual dining without the rush—in a spot where food comes hot and the focus is on comfort and consistency—Burgertown fits the bill.

This spot suits anyone craving a classic American burger experience with a diner twist—whether you’re dropping in for breakfast, a quick lunch break, or a relaxed early dinner. Weekday mornings and early afternoons probably present the calmest times to enjoy some casual local flavor without the weekend crowd.

A really fresh and delicious home-cooked hamburger. Meat and fresh vegetables are also fresh. Fries and zucchini are fantastic.

Small, cute burger spot. The Zucchini fries... OMG, were they good! My burger was ok... next time, I try the pastrami burger. My parents got the steak sandwiches, and those were yummy! The club sandwich was good too, but dang, it was a little pricey, and it doesn't come as a combo.

Burger Town is a classic American diner located within the heart of Redlands. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and my expectations are always met. It should be considered a staple of Redlands Heritage. The owner is a very friendly, kind man who greets us whenever we enter. The atmosphere of the diner is a very warm one. The food is always delicious and excellent, and very hot, never cold. I will continue to come back to Burger Town.

The burger was good I got a cheeseburger opted for the onion rings instead of the fries which was an additional $3.49 I can't say that it was 100% worth it the onion rings were good nicely done crispy big onion rings you got a lot. I'm not sure how much they cost by themselves but you can almost have that like as a order to go by itself I wish I got the fries cuz I didn't really get through all the onion rings. they were good with the ranch dipping sauce. the burger was not that memorable. it wasn't really thick meat but it didn't taste bad. I would go back to try the burger with maybe not so much lettuce and just see how it is with just the cheese maybe a double cheeseburger but overall I would say it was decent I paid about $16 for a burger a drink a small drink in my opinion and a big plate of onion rings and I can't say that it was a deal but you know the waitress was nice the environment was decent as well so if you have nowhere else to go you possibly could try them at least once. Oh nice bun, but very thin patty.

I love coming here as they’re always so welcoming and nice. Erica and Autumn are great and always have a smile and I absolutely love the owner Gus as he makes you feel like family all the time. Even when he’s busy, he makes sure to always tell you bye, thank you for coming and see you soon. Thank you all for being here
